What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods, visa and mastercard credit and debit cards, e-check (checking account number and routing number), greenbeanpay (pay securely with your phone’s banking app), bitcoin, Fedex COD (collect on delivery) and check/money order.

Due to delta 8 thc restrictions our visa and mastercard option is overseas, so in some rare cases you bank may charge you a small processing fee separate from our charge.

The e-check option works as if you wrote us a check. The only thing that is required is that you have the funds in your account and enter you routing and account number accurately during the time of checking.
Have you received my payment?
Once your payment has been received your order status goes from pending payment to processing. Once an order is in the processing state it ships with our next batch of orders.
I am having issues with the e-check option, what is going on?
The most common issue with ACH/eChecks are listed below:

You recently placed an eCheck order with us. Our safeguards ensure your eCheck has been successfully cleared before you can place a new one. For this reason, you may only place one eCheck order per 5 days.
Your grand total is too high. If you’re a new customer or have not used this payment method extensively, your maximum transaction limit is $200. After 6 weeks of good order history, the maximum moves to $600.
You have previously bounced eChecks. If your check was bounced or returned for NSF, or invalid billing information, our system will flag future eCheck orders until the returned checks are paid.
Your billing address, or bank information is invalid. Please remember to use the billing address associated with your bank account. Do not use any special characters or spaces in your checking/routing number fields.
Your bank is refusing the eCheck. Some banks may not be compatible with electronic checks. Please contact your bank for further assistance in this matter.
You’ve entered a savings account number. Electronic checks must be done with your regular checking account – savings accounts and other specialty accounts are not compatible.
It’s also a good idea to clear your cache within your browser if the above issues are persisting. Please contact us if you’re continuing to have these issues, and our support team will reply back promptly.
Do you offer COD?
Yes we do however there are some requirements. You must select a valid Fedex shipping option first. Then during payment you can select the COD payment option. COD is only available on orders over $60 so if it does not appear please raise your shopping cart sub total.

During delivery the driver will request a cashiers check or money order in the amount of your invoice in exchange for the package.


What shipping methods are available?
We ship with both the U.S. Postal Service and Fedex. The post office is normally less expensive and typically is what most people use.

USPS Priority – 2-3 business days

USPS Express – 1-2 business days

Fedex Ground – 2-5 business days

Fedex 2 day – 2 business days

Fedex Standard Overnight – 1 business day
How do I change my shipping address?
As long as you contact us before your order ships out (before 2pm Mon-Fri) we are able to change your shipping address. Once the package leaves our facilities we cannot change your shipping address.
How do I handle lost/missing packages?
We’re sorry to hear about your lost/stolen package. In these situations we need to legally protect all parties involved, so we require claim information from USPS/FedEx in order to proceed.

USPS Claim Service:
Please call USPS at (800) 275-8777 or file a claim form online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Please have your tracking number on hand. Please note, if you chose USPS First Class, you will need to file a Lost Mail Search at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.

If your courier is not able to locate your package – please forward us your claim information email which includes your claim number and official lost status of your package. Once we verify the claim number, we will then ship your order back out to you.

Tip #1: USPS couriers have GPS chips in their package scanners. Oftentimes you can visit your local USPS branch and ask them to locate where the package was dropped off at using Google Maps. Sometimes you will find your package was delivered to a neighbor on accident.

Tip #2: Don’t file a claim for a refund of shipping cost! They will deny your claim because you are not the shipper.

Tip #3: Mail fraud is a felony. While 99% of people are truthful, we take these steps to ensure the 1% doesn’t take away your rights to buying from Phoria Kratom.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we only ship to Po boxes with USPS shipping methods. Fedex does not ship to PO boxes unfortunately.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately we do not ship orders internationally. We only ship to the United States.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, all of our orders are shipped in unmarked packages.
Will I receive tracking on my package?
Yes, as soon as your label is printed your tracking number is automatically emailed to you. From that point it should be showing on the USPS or fedex tracking system within a few hours.
